Play Wavelength Online
Wavelength is a free online guessing game about how closely two brains line up. One player — the psychic — sees a hidden target somewhere on a spectrum between two opposites, like "cold" and "hot", and gives a single word as a clue. Everyone else turns a dial to where they think the target sits. The closer you land, the more you score. 2 to 10 players, browser-based, no download.
How to play Wavelength
- A spectrum appears with two opposing concepts at either end.
- The psychic secretly sees the exact target position on that spectrum.
- They give one word as a clue — nothing more.
- Everybody else turns the dial to where they think the target is.
- The target is revealed and points are awarded by how close each guess landed.
What's in it
- A big pack of spectrum pairs
- Precision dial with proximity-based scoring
- Rotating psychic so everyone gets a turn
- Discussion works far better with voice — which is built in
- Quick rounds, roughly a minute each
Players and setup
Wavelength supports 2–10 players. There is nothing to install on any device and no account to create — the host makes a room, shares the link, and everyone who taps it is in. It works on laptops, desktops, tablets and phones.
A webcam is optional. You can play with your camera off and still use voice chat, or turn both off and play with just the on-screen game and text chat.
