Play Online Karaoke with Friends
Karaoke Party is a free online karaoke room for 1 to 8 people — yes, one: singing on your own works, and friends can walk in mid-song. Search for a song and the host loads the karaoke track for everybody at once, then hands the mic to whoever is singing. That person performs live to the room through a real vocal chain — reverb, echo, mic level and a hear-yourself monitor — while everyone else cheers with live reactions. Because the backing track plays locally in each browser and only the voice travels, every listener also gets their own timing controls to line the singer up with the music on their connection. It runs in any browser, on a phone as well as a laptop, with no download and no account. Very few browser games do live microphone at all, which is what makes this one hard to copy.
How to play Karaoke Party
- Open a room — on your own is fine — and share the link if you want company.
- The host searches a song by name. We add "karaoke" to the search for you.
- The chosen track loads for everybody at the same moment.
- The host picks who sings: themselves, or anyone in the room. One mic at a time.
- That singer goes live over the track, with reverb, echo and their own mic level.
- Everyone else watches, cheers with live reactions, and nudges their own audio timing until the voice sits on the beat.

Players and setup
Karaoke Party supports 1–8 people. There is nothing to install on any device and no account to create — the host makes a room, shares the link, and everyone who taps it is in. This one needs a laptop or desktop browser to play — everyone else can still watch and chat from a phone or tablet.
This game uses your webcam, which is the point of it — you will be asked for camera and microphone permission when you join.
Frequently asked questions
Is online karaoke free here?
Yes — free, no account, nothing to install.
Can I sing karaoke by myself?
Yes. A room of one works exactly like a room of eight: search a song, take the mic, and use the effects. It is the easiest way to warm up or check how your mic sounds. Anyone you send the link to can join mid-song and lands right where you are.
Do I need a special microphone?
No. A laptop or phone mic works fine. Headphones make the biggest difference — without them the backing track leaks into your mic and the room hears it twice.
Where do the songs come from?
Search inside the room and we look up the karaoke version on YouTube, or paste any YouTube link. Any karaoke track on YouTube works.
Who decides who sings?
The host. They pick the song and hand the mic to anybody in the room, one singer at a time — there is no queue to wait in.
Why does the singer sound slightly behind the music?
A voice has to cross the internet; the backing track is already playing on your device. So each listener gets their own Video sync and Voice sync controls, set from your measured connection speed, to slide the two together. Your settings are yours alone and change nothing for anybody else.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — singing and listening both work on phones and tablets as well as laptops. The layout is built for it rather than shrunk to fit.
How many people can be in the room?
One to eight, with one person singing at a time.
